Three months after wrapping production on a nonprofit video campaign for GoFundMe, I texted my friend and the project’s director: “Have you looked at Bzeek’s video recently?”The workflow for this project had been seamless. Sammy and his production team shot the footage on location and shipped the hard drives directly to me to handle the video editing and post-production. After locking the final cut, the video was released.
A few months later, I was scrolling through Facebook and noticed a friend of a friend had shared the video. Curious about how it was circulating, I checked YouTube. To my surprise, the GoFundMe campaign film was already approaching 400,000 views.Over the next few days, the numbers kept climbing. Sammy and I were absolutely ecstatic. Today, this powerful story has reached over 4 million views across social media platforms and has successfully helped raise nearly $1M to support Mohamed Bzeek's mission of fostering children with disabilities.
